MailOnline: Daily News Updates App Reviews

This used to be my favorite app but recently the pop up ads, that are impossible to skip or close, have made me look for another option. Seriously, I think its not only annoying but plainly inappropriate to suddenly play videos of some silly stuff in the middle of news about a terrorist attack and lives lost. Oh, and orthography could be double checked.

I loved the Daily Mail App but recently I have been plagued with irritating pop up ads that are impossible to close or skip. When you try to close the pop up it brings you into safari and the App Store. I tried to just accept this for a few weeks but its so frustrating. I just deleted the app and wont be returning. These ads have caused me to have such a negative experience using your app. Surely a major news source such as the Daily Mail shouldnt have an issue like this?! Especially for such a long time!

The app/dailymail has clearly sold out in favour of advertising dollars. The odd advert is understandable but the King advert for its new app is out of control. It comes up all the time and its borderline impossible to exit out of. I just tried to exit the advert 5 times by pressing the little tiny x in the corner and each time it took me to the App Store to purchase the app. You cannot continue reading until you successfully exit the advert. If this app isnt scaled back or made more easy to exit, I will have to stop reading the dailymail.

First place I visit online for all the gossip, scandal and sport news...just as if I was still in the UK. Love it.

I have had and enjoyed this app for a number of years. However now they have added annoying pop up commercials and adds. Which appear to be increasing in frequency. Very annoying. May delete this app shortly.

Great app, consistently better than any other news app I have. I particularly like being able to press "more" for more news than any other app.

Download this App now. Its free and a very good way to get breaking news. I love it!!!!

Great app for football news
